We would like to thank all our clients and appreciate their trust in us and their loyalty and understanding.

In this industry, most stylists are commission only based . They earn their living taking care of their cherished clients. If a client cancels late or does not show or is late, the stylist losses income or the opportunity to book another client or has to rush to insure the next client is on time and allotted their full scheduled time.

APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL TIME and LATENESS:

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We understand life happens and we always strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the full length of your services and you are responsible for the full amount of the scheduled service. 

Cancellation/No Show:

We understand that situations arise and we ask that you provide at least 48 hours of notice of cancellation. If multiple instances arise where appointments are canceled with less than 48 hour notice, may result in a 50% fee of the full scheduled service(s). No-show will be subject to 100% of the full scheduled service(s).



GRATUITIES:

For all clients who wish to extend their appreciation, the industry average is 20% of the service(s). It is preferable that gratuities are not left on the credit card. Service prices do not include gratuities.
